Employment at True Hospitality®
True Hospitality® seeks several talented and caring individuals to help bring the company to life! Several roles are needed to be filled, including a Chief Financial Officer, Human Resources Manager/Business Attorney, and in the future, general hotel positions including the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, cooks, and tech/security!
I welcome all applicants who are authorized to work in the United States.
I encourage you to apply and state your salary expectations so I can take that into account when working on the budget I will need each year. All management positions will be salaried, and all other positions will be on an hourly basis. Pay will be bi-weekly most likely, and I will set up the option to have daily pay available.
Since you will be the very first employees of the company, we will sit down together and determine a good schedule that fits both your and my businesses needs.
Please email me your resume and a cover letter if you have one to [email protected]. I will contact you shortly after to set up a time to chat.
"As an at will employee of several companies and organizations myself, I have first hand experienced what it's like to have bad managers. Not just bad like never on-time mangers, but like actually terrible managers who treat their staff like absolute garbage. I have been the victim of several toxic work environments, and I simply will not have it at my company. I care about everyone, even the guests who scream at me because they didn't understand the charge on their bill. I want the guests to be happy, and more importantly, I want my staff to feel happy. I trust you will take care of my business the way I will take care of you as my employee. I will not punish you for calling out due to physical or mental sickness. I will not write you up for leaving early because you were not feeling well. I of all people, get it. Remember we are human beings, not robots, and the hospitality industry is anything but robotic."
